Ant Automation has provided stable and reliable equipment solutions to numerous well-known enterprises both in China and overseas. Our biggest customer in China is BYD, for whom we provide long-term support with our automotive cabin air filter, a fully automated four-sided edge-bonding machine with 15 production lines to be supported.

A triple inspection mechanism (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection) is strictly enforced, with a 100% factory acceptance commitment for all equipment.

A quality traceability system is in place: each machine is assigned a unique identification code, enabling customers to track production processes and inspection data, ensuring full transparency in quality.

Two weeks of testing after the machine finishes production 

An empty run of the cabin air filter edge bonding machines is done for a lasting one week to test the machine's stable performance, and customer material is loaded on the machine again for doing trial production for another week to ensure smooth production of the ordered machine at the customer’s factory. 

3. Customer Service Culture

We uphold a “3-24-72” hour  service commitment:

• Customer inquiries are responded to within 3 minutes on WhatsApp 
  
• On-site support for urgent failures of machines within 24 hours, with an engineer online to guide the customer to resolve the machine problem. 
  
• General issues resolved within 72 hours

A dedicated Customer Success Team provides free technical training, regular equipment inspections, and customized upgrade solutions, helping clients maximize equipment value.

Details for after-sales

1,24-hour online tech support 

Provide comprehensive after-sales service guarantees, with 24-hour telephone technical support to solve problems encountered by customers in using the equipment. 

If the equipment breaks down and the issue cannot be resolved through online video calls, after-sales personnel can be arranged to make an on-site repair within 24-48 hours, depending on the distance. 

2, One year free warranty 

The equipment comes with a one-year free warranty. During the warranty period, if a malfunction occurs, our company is responsible for free repairs and replacements. However, damage to the equipment caused by failure to use it in accordance with the operating instructions, improper maintenance, man-made damage, or irresistible factors such as natural disasters and wars is not covered by the warranty, and paid repairs will be required.

3，After warranty

After the expiration of the warranty period, we will continue to provide comprehensive software and hardware support. We offer lifelong paid after-sales maintenance services.
