This fully Automatic four side Air Filter Edge Sealing Machine integrates automatic feeding, cutting, and bonding of edge strips for both long and short sides in a single continuous process. Long-side edge bonding is completed first, after which conveyor belts transfer the filter to the short-side bonding stations, ultimately discharging a fully four-side bonded finished product. With four workstations and an optimized process layout, the machine allows longer cold-curing time for adhesive, resulting in stronger bonding quality, improved product consistency, and higher overall efficiency.

Product Details

 

1, Bonding strip roller holder

Both ends of this Cabin Air Filter Manufacturing Machine will have a bonding strip holder behind to feed with bonding strips accordingly, and the hot melt glue machine will supply hot melt glue.

There is also the material lacking sensor equipped here , once the bonding strips had runned out , the machine will signal alarm and get the machine stopped working . 

2, Hot melt glue coating gun

The hot melt glue will be carried through the tube to the coating gun, the coating gun will have an even coating of hot melt glue on the bonding strips, and after coating the bonding strips, the bonding strips will be cut to length accordingly for edge bonding

3, Four working station 

Below we can see the upgraded four working stations, compared to the old method, the four working stations are more efficient and easier for workers to use,e and each station is responsible for a specific duty as illustrated below.

4, Filter paper distance line fixture mold, the folded air filter paper will be placed in the mold manually,y and the distance between the two folding lines of the filter paper is thus determined by the mold.

5, Industrial cooler fans

The  industrial cooler fan will cool down the hot melt glue, which is coated on the bonding strip, quickly, to ensure the quick bonding of the bonding strips to the air filter papers

The  strip bonded air filter paper will be taken to trimming the redudant ends 

6, Trimming ends unit, here we can see the ends of the bonding strips are trimmed off

7, Convey belt, the convey belt serves as a bridge for connecting the long side edge bonding unit with the short side edge bonding unit.

8, Mechanical hand  

The mechanical hand will take over the strip-bonded cabin air filter from the conveyor belt to the second short-edge bonding process.
