1. Four working molds.

This cabin filter edge glue bonding machine applies with four working molds, which ensures longer glue dry time and better quality product,8-10 seconds for one product

four molds  rotate to bonding after gluing the air filter double edge . 

2, Bonding edge unit 

The bonding strip will be held by the bonding unit and attached to both sides of the air filter paper for the gluing strip with the air filter edges.

The pressor will press down to hold position of air filter paper for good bonding of strip with air filter edges .

3. Mold to hold the air filter paper and determine the air filter line distance. Customized molds are available based on customer demand.

4, Cutting knife & glue coating knife   

The cutting knife offers a precise cutting length tolerance  of  +-0.25MM  and the coating knife will have precision control of glue release and coating, and an even amount of hot melt glue on the bonding strips

5, Feeding system, Two bonding strip holders ensuring feeding two pieces of bonding strips from both sides and ensuring a smooth feeding process.

The material lacking sensor can sense material , if material runs out , the machine will stop working and signal alarms. 

The feeding rollers will control precision feeding of bonding strip and cut to precise length  and hot melt glue will be distributed evenly on the bonding strip . 

6, Multi-heat dispersing fans, the Auto air filter adhesive bonding machine applies with multi-heat dispersing fans to cool the hot melt glue fast, dry, and ensures good quality of cabin air filter with shorter production cycle time.

7, Hot melt glue controller ensuring stable output of hot melt glue
